The Iowa Literacy Council in collaboration with Iowa Workforce Development invites adult education administrators, staff and instructors to attend the Iowa Adult Education and Literacy Summer Conference July 17-18, 2024. This event will be held at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny.

Call for Proposals
The conference committee is seeking proposals for presentations. We will be offering five different strands: Workforce Collaborations, Instructional Strategies, English Language Learners, High School Equivalency, and Program Management and Leadership. Please use the 2024 Call for Proposal form to submit your proposal by April 30, 2024.
Recognition
Once again this year, we will be honoring individuals at our conference. Two separate awards will be given – one to an Outstanding Adult Educator, and the other to Outstanding Adult Learner. We encourage you to submit your nominations.
