Membership in the Iowa Literacy Council includes membership in the Coalition of Adult Basic Education (COABE) and ProLiteracy.

The membership period is from March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive emails with the COABE and ProLiteracy numbers.
