Iowa Literacy Council Membership Application

Membership in the Iowa Literacy Council includes membership in the Coalition of Adult Basic Education (COABE) and ProLiteracy. The membership period is from March 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026.

Once your application has been approved, each employee will receive emails with their COABE and ProLiteracy numbers.
